IONSEP® IEM
IONSEP® is semi-homogeneous and improved from traditional heterogeneous membrane by introducing a third monomer. Its unique “sea-island” structure improves the microscopic morphology, resulting in membranes with lower electrical resistance and better chemical stability.
Lower resistance: compared with traditional heterogeneous membrane, its resistance is reduced by 30%-50%, which reduce the energy consumption.
High selective permeability brings high current efficiency.
NaCl solution can be economically concentrated to 15% or above, while Na2SO4 is18%。
Cost-effective & extremely competitive.
It's very cost-effective and used in various industries for desalination and ions concentration, especially used in highly polluting wastewater treatment which needs frequency replacement.
